How to add Collection Files to The Sims 3:
1. Download a collection file by clicking its Download button.
2. Extract the collection file out of the compressed zip folder.
3. Open your Sims 3 folder: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3
4. Open the Collections folder.
5. Open the User folder.
6. Place your collection file inside this folder.
And that's it! When you next start your game, you should see new collection icons available for you to select.
